About this website

The website describes our catering, event planning and décor services and lets you send us inquiries. Descriptions of cuisines, service styles and design ideas are illustrations of what is possible. They are not a fixed menu, a price list or an offer.

Inquiries are not bookings

Submitting the Grand Menu Concierge, a proposal request or a contact message does not reserve a date, confirm a menu or create a contract. Services are provided only under a written proposal and agreement that you have approved. The specific terms for an event, including pricing, deposits, payment schedule, changes and cancellation, are set out in that proposal and agreement, and those documents govern if they differ from anything on this website.

Budget ranges

Budget ranges shown in our forms are prompts to help our conversation. They are not quotes and do not guarantee that a particular event can be delivered for a particular amount.

Dietary needs and allergies

We review every dietary and allergy request with care. Information you submit through this website is not confirmation that a need can be accommodated. Allergy-safe preparation cannot be guaranteed unless and until we have confirmed the specifics with you directly.

Client portal

If you are given a client portal account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

When you upload images or documents, you confirm you have the right to share them with us for planning your event. Please do not upload unlawful content or anything you do not have permission to share.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the website: for example by attempting to access other people’s information, interfering with its operation, or submitting automated or fraudulent requests.
